Job Description
We are hiring a professional Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions across phone, email, and in-person channels in an office setting. Responsibilities include delivering accurate information, resolving complaints, maintaining CRM records, escalating complex issues, and following company protocols. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent), minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center or office preferred), strong English communication, and basic MS Office/CRM skills. Preferred: problem-solving, multitasking, time management, customer-focused attitude, and inbound support experience. Job type: Full-time, in person. Pay: From Rs45,00 per month.
