Job Description
Future Tech, a reputed mobile phone brand with a growing footprint in Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Service Logistics Coordinator. This role serves as a bridge between our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily phone dispatch and delivery.
- Track and follow up on phone deliveries and returns.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding their phone status.
- Liaise with logistics personnel for prompt dispatching.
- Keep records of all incoming and outgoing devices.
- Prepare and share delivery and service status reports.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of logistics or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
