Job Description
Job Description:
– Serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot technical and other issues for our players in Pakistan.
– Address gamers’ inquiries promptly using the ticketing system.
– Investigate and resolve customer issues while following established workflows.
– Escalate complex cases as necessary.
– Monitor and respond to Google Play Reviews.
– Assist with game operations activities, including bug testing.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferred.
– Strong written communication skills.
– Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
– Proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
