Job Description
We are hiring a strategic, execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing for ZUS Coffee Pakistan through Gateway Franchise Consultancy at I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. You will plan and execute integrated marketing strategies, brand campaigns, store launch support, digital and social content direction, and coordinate internal teams and external partners. Track campaign performance, optimize based on insights, and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines. Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines. Requirements: proven Marketing Manager experience, strong brand and campaign planning skills, F&B/QSR/retail or consumer-facing experience preferred, data-driven decision making, excellent communication and leadership, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach. Full-time, in person.
