Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a leading manufacturing company in Pakistan, is seeking to hire a Process Shift Incharge for our Molding Department at our Hub Chowki plant.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee shift handover, manage operators, ensure smooth operation of molding machines, check quality results, calculate metrics, and coordinate maintenance activities. Maintain detailed records of all activities.
Requirements: DAE/B Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant plant operations experience.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
