Job Description
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and/or Fintech, with proven sales growth and leadership experience.
Responsibilities include developing regional strategies, mentoring sales teams, identifying distribution partners, and maintaining client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred) and 5-8 years of experience are required, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
