Job Description
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will develop segmentation strategies, design compelling copy and templates, A/B test subject lines and content, monitor deliverability, and analyze performance metrics to improve KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of email marketing experience, proficiency with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), HTML/CSS basics, strong copywriting skills, and knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR best practices.
