Job Description
GenXe Tech is seeking a proactive and confident Call Center Executive to join our expanding team in Lahore. You will make outbound calls, pitch our services, and convert those calls into valuable appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using provided scripts
- Professional pitching of our services
- Qualify leads and set appointments
- Maintain accurate call logs in the CRM
- Provide feedback to enhance scripts
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of telemarketing or lead generation experience
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to 100,00 based on experience plus incentives.
