Job Description
Geo News (Karachi Office) seeks a reliable Telephone Operator / Customer Support to join GEO NEWS Customer Service / Media Operations at DMC Executive Tower, II Chundrigar Road. This full-time, in-person role handles incoming calls, directs callers to the appropriate departments, provides accurate information, updates communication records, manages feedback, and coordinates with the media team. Requirements: excellent communication, basic computer skills, call-handling experience preferred, bachelor’s degree, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
