Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team at Ghani Value Glass. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing effective strategies, building strong client relationships, and conducting regular field visits for performance assessment and coaching.
Key responsibilities include managing sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP are essential.
