We are seeking an HR & Admin Officer to manage our human resource and administrative functions independently. This role involves recruitment, employee evaluations, compliance, and daily office administration to support our mission of empowering women from underprivileged and minority backgrounds.
Key Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administration.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
