Job Description
GIFT University in Gujranwala, Pakistan is seeking an Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will generate Zoom meeting links, record and distribute meeting minutes, and maintain compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating database maintenance, supporting event organization, and collaborating with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience: At least 1.5 to 2 years in administration or management.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, strong operational management, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
