Job Description
Gimme seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager/BOH Head to lead back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and efficient workflow. Manage staff, train teams, plan shifts, control portions and waste, monitor inventory, maintain equipment, and coordinate with front-of-house during peak hours. Candidates must have minimum 3 years as Kitchen Head or senior BOH role, experience in notable fast-food restaurants, strong leadership, ability to thrive under pressure, and solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
