Job Description
Glaxy Power Solution seeks a results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, mentor a large sales team, identify markets and partners, monitor trends, forecast, coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance, and ensure excellent customer and after-sales support. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), 8–12 years sales with 3–5 years senior management, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; power/energy sector experience preferred. Full-time. Pay: Rs100,00–Rs130,00/month. Work Location: In person.
