Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Officer to manage and enhance our online presence at Global Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate will engage with our audience across various platforms, build strong relationships, and act as the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities: Handling client inquiries, providing accurate information, maintaining high customer service, and fostering community trust on social media. You will also develop automated YouTube content workflows.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, knowledge of service processes, and proven experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore Pakistan | Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
