Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is seeking skilled Cab Dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the transportation sector. We value detail-oriented individuals who excel in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs to incoming ride requests.
- Organize driver routes and schedules.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Record trip details accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
