Job Description
Globe Call Centre seeks experienced UK Taxi Dispatchers to join our Islamabad team. You will manage incoming cab bookings, allocate drivers, monitor routes and performance, maintain trip records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Candidates need at least 1 year of taxi/transport dispatch experience, familiarity with dispatch systems and GPS tools, excellent communication, calm decision-making under pressure, and strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, in-person role at Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad. Join a fast-paced operation supporting UK taxi services and contribute to reliable passenger transport.
