Job Description
We at GM Marketing are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a caring demeanor, and professionalism while interacting with patients.
Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Key responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with medical staff, and addressing patient inquiries. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
