Job Description
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet revenue targets and grow customer relationships. You will set goals, coach reps, monitor performance, develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and coordinate with marketing and operations. Required: 3+ years sales experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role, strong communication, coaching, analytical, and CRM skills. Preferred: bachelor’s degree and experience in B2B sales.
