Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Executive for our B2B team to manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day service delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor SLAs, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, managing communication, tracking performance metrics, handling escalations, and improving operational processes. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Qualifications: 2+ years in B2B client operations or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
