Job Description
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, manages calendars, coordinates meetings and travel, prepares reports and presentations, and ensures clear communication across departments. This role demands confidentiality, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of executive support experience are preferred. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
