Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Quality Assurance professional to ensure operational processes meet standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include monitoring process performance, conducting audits, analyzing data, developing corrective actions, updating SOPs, and coordinating with operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications: 3+ years in QA or operations, strong analytical skills, familiarity with QA methodologies (Six Sigma preferred), excellent communication, and attention to detail.
