Job Description
Goldengirl Cosmetics is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as FLOWHCM, Excel, and MS Office, is essential.
As the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR policies, manage payroll and benefits, and handle employee grievances. Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month, Work Location: In person.
