Job Description
Gomila Intersole, premium handcrafted footwear, seeks a Branch Manager to run daily store operations and lead the retail team. Duties: supervise staff, attendance, discipline; meet monthly sales targets; deliver excellent customer service; manage inventory and HQ coordination; maintain visual merchandising; prepare basic sales reports. Requirements: 1+ year branch/store manager experience, strong leadership, sales-driven, good communication and problem-solving, professional appearance, retail hours (11:00 AM–11:00 PM), full-time, in person. Salary: Rs60,00–Rs120,00/month.
