Job Description

Gourmet Foods is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our HR Payroll department. You will ensure accurate and timely salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and overtime. Responsibilities include handling legal deductions, managing final settlements for outgoing employees, and maintaining updated payroll records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR (Master’s in HRM or MBA-HR preferred) and 5-6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in payroll management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
