Job Description
We are Grand City, seeking a dedicated Call Centre Representative to handle both inbound and outbound calls related to overdue payments and customer queries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, alongside a commitment to customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inquiries about payment due dates and account statuses.
- Make outbound calls for payment reminders and discuss recovery options.
- Address customer queries and resolve disputes related to payments.
- Utilize WhatsApp for communication regarding payments and solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and strong attention to detail.
This is a full-time in-person position with a competitive salary starting from Rs70,00.00 per month.
