Job Description
Location: Grand City Head Office · Full-Time, On-Site. Lead the Recovery Department: supervise and coach agents, monitor calls and scripts, develop recovery strategies, track KPIs, coordinate with Recovery, Accounts, and CRM teams, handle escalations, and optimize staffing to meet daily and monthly recovery targets. Requirements: 3–5 years in recovery call centers with 1–2 years supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM and analytics skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
