Job Description
Grand Medical & Support is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle calls
- Communicate fluently in English
- Resolve customer queries
- Log customer information accurately
Requirements: Fluent English, strong problem-solving skills, prior call center experience is preferred, basic computer skills, and willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
