Job Description
Full-time, in-person Event Supervisor at Grand Royal Banquet Hall in Muridke. Oversee on-site execution of weddings (Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah) and corporate functions. Manage waitstaff, cleaners, decor, sound, lighting, catering, and maintenance; enforce timelines, seating plans, and service standards; resolve guest/client issues; prepare the hall before events and ensure proper closure. Report daily to the Banquet Hall Manager. Must have practical banquet/marquee experience, strong staff-management and problem-solving skills, and availability for late nights and weekends. Applicants should be based near Muridke.
