Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for Agriculture to lead regional sales, grow market share, and manage key accounts for crop inputs and services.
Responsibilities: develop territory strategy, coach sales team, meet revenue targets, build relationships with distributors and farmers, and report performance.
Qualifications: 3+ years sales experience in agriculture, proven team leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
