Job Description
Drive sales growth as an Area Sales Manager for agriculture. Manage territory performance, build relationships with farmers and distributors, develop and execute sales plans, coach and lead field representatives, and meet monthly and annual targets. Ideal candidates have experience with agricultural inputs or crop protection, 3+ years of field or B2B sales success, proven quota attainment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
