Job Description
Lead and coach the North sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. Create and execute regional sales plans; build relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners; monitor market and competitor activity; ensure merchandising and visibility; conduct market visits; prepare forecasts and reports; collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, 5–7+ years FMCG/retail sales with 2+ years managerial experience and regional market network. Full-time, in person.
