Job Description
GROWMORE CALL CENTRE is seeking a dedicated Xfinity Inbound Sales Agent for full-time night shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. You will handle inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and provide general support for Xfinity services. Key responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers about our products and promotions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Xfinity sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs80,00 per month + commissions
- Location: Lahore
- Education: Intermediate (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year in Xfinity inbound calls (Preferred)
