Job Description
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Gender: Female
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups
- Assist with both personal and professional tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and proactive
