Job Description
Growth Recruiters seeks an Admin Manager with 8–10 years of retail administrative experience to oversee retail outlets and head office operations. Manage EOBI and Social Security registrations, contributions, inspections, compliance, licenses, employee records, store administration, facilities, vendors, procurement approvals, utilities, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, or related; strong knowledge of EOBI, Social Security, and labor law; excellent communication, documentation, coordination, MS Office skills; ability to multitask under pressure. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month.
