Job Description
GrowthRatio Solutions seeks an E-commerce Support Representative (CSR for e-commerce Operations) to manage our eBay store. You will create and update listings, process orders, upload and track shipments, handle customer messages, feedback, returns, refunds, and resolve cases while maintaining account metrics. Preferred: prior eBay operations experience; required: strong written English, attention to detail, time management, multitasking ability, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. Freshers may apply. Full-time, onsite 10AM–6PM. Pay from Rs40,00/month. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with eBay standards.
