Job Description
GS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Support Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting insurance operations for US-based clients. This role is crucial for providing administrative, back office, and client service support to ensure seamless policy management and customer satisfaction.
- Process insurance applications and renewals.
- Manage data entry and documentation.
- Verify client documents for compliance.
- Coordinate with underwriters and policyholders.
- Assist in claims handling.
- Maintain records in CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate with US clients.
