GSG Technology Co, a US-based Corporate Culture Company, is seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our Lahore office. In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound calls to assist customers, address inquiries, and provide solutions.

This position requires working the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to clients, address their needs, and foster strong relationships.
• Maintain client records and manage appointment scheduling.
• Utilize software and tools competently while meeting performance metrics.
