Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to maintain and repair building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The role ensures safe, reliable operation and timely preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities: perform inspections, troubleshoot faults, coordinate repairs, document work orders, and support emergency responses. Work with contractors and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical/mechanical fields, 2+ years maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and valid safety certifications. Reliable, team-oriented candidates preferred.
