Job Description
Bilingual Admission Coordinator at GT Solutions USA responsible for managing inquiries across 12 centers, answering and following up with parents, and guiding families through the full admission process. Handle or escalate complaints, track each child’s admission status, and coordinate directly with staff. Send Email/SMS notifications and reminders for pending documents, deadlines, and center tours. Generate reports on admission rates per center, capacity trends, waitlist lengths, and application trends throughout the year. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English and Spanish. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
