Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative TikTok Seller Account Manager to manage and scale our TikTok Shop presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, and TikTok’s commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for product listings, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, content coordination, and sales performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Shop Management:
  • Set up and manage the TikTok Seller Center account.
  • Upload and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and visuals.
  • Monitor order processing, logistics, returns, and customer service metrics.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and run TikTok Shop campaigns, flash sales, and promotions.
  • Leverage TikTok events (e.g. Mega Sales Days, seasonal promos) for visibility.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Collaboration:
  • Identify and collaborate with TikTok creators and influencers.
  • Manage affiliate program and build relationships with TikTok Shop partners.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Coordinate with content creators to produce high-performing short videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging in all TikTok materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop preferred).
  • Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency with TikTok Seller Center, content creation, and influencer outreach.

Preferred:

  • Background in digital marketing, brand management, or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of other marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart etc.).
  • Creative thinking and trend-savvy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,00.00 per month
