Job Description
Gulmohar City seeks motivated, target-driven Female Sales Executives to handle high-volume outbound calling (70+ connected calls/day), follow up leads, present project details, explain pricing and payment plans, convert inquiries into site visits and bookings, and maintain accurate call and lead records to meet daily and monthly KPIs. Preferred education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s. Minimum 1 year real estate sales experience; telesales/call center experience a plus. Strong communication, negotiation skills, discipline, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment required. Full-time, in-person role in Karachi with competitive basic salary, attractive commission structure, and performance-based incentives. Pay: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
