Job Description
Gulmohar City seeks motivated, target-driven female Property Advisors to handle high-volume calls, lead follow-ups, and sales for residential projects. Duties: 70+ connected calls/day, timely follow-ups, explain project details, pricing and payment plans, convert inquiries to site visits/bookings, maintain call logs, and meet KPIs. Requirements: Intermediate/BA preferred, 2+ years real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills. Compensation: competitive base, attractive commission, and incentives. Full-time, in person. Pay: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
