Job Description
Join H-Verse as a Customer Services Executive! In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing support and resolving inquiries effectively. Your responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery.
