Job Description
Hamsol seeks a Proposal Specialist / Business Development Executive with proven Upwork bidding experience. You will identify suitable Upwork projects, write tailored proposals, communicate professionally with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to secure consistent, quality clients. Meet daily and monthly bidding targets while tracking opportunities. Requirements: 2+ years on Upwork or similar platforms, strong English writing and communication, solid understanding of client needs, target-oriented and well organized. Full-time, in-person role. Shift: 2PM–11PM. Experience: 2 years. Pay: Rs60,00–Rs90,00 per month.
