Job Description
Lead and coordinate bookings across multiple properties as Cluster Booking Manager. You will manage reservations, optimize room inventory, build relationships with OTAs and corporate clients, implement yield strategies, and ensure smooth guest communications. Requirements: 3+ years in hotel reservations or cluster roles, strong knowledge of CRS/PMS systems, revenue management basics, excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and train teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
