Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to engage with clients and provide exceptional service at Hanif Rajput.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring tailored event solutions.
- Develop strong relationships to foster client loyalty.
- Consult clients on event services and assist in closing bookings.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings with tailored proposals.
- Support clients pre- and post-event, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and manage relationships through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and event teams for smooth event execution.
