Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is hiring a Patient Support Representative to manage patient queries and complaints. In this role, you will process orders and modifications while escalating complaints through various communication channels.
Requirements:
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work U.S. hours (6 PM to 3 AM) — Night Shift
Post-probation, you may be eligible for up to a 30% salary increment based on performance. Our new location is Royal Plaza, Near LDA Avenue Signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
