Job Description
Join our team at Hashmanis Group of Hospitals as an Executive Secretary! We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred) and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
- Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders
- Handling calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Overseeing office operations, ensuring proper documentation
