Job Description
Hashmanis Group of Hospitals seeks a full-time, in-person Recruitment Specialist to manage hiring for doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative staff. Responsibilities: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate clinical interviews, verify credentials/licenses/references, prepare offers/contracts, complete joining formalities, maintain recruitment records and MIS, and participate in job fairs and campus drives. Master’s preferred; 3 years’ recruitment experience preferred. Salary: Rs70,00–80,00/month. Please indicate your availability to join.
